why?
There is no particular reason why I decided to release the usic under the MIT license,
except that it's short, well written and easily understood.
what does it say?
The MIT license states that:
* you may do what ever you want with the usic as long as you always
enclose my copyright notice and the license statement.
* i can't be held responsible for anything that occur.
